Sherbet with peanuts
Preparation time: 1 hour 30 minutes.
The recipe is well suited for: dessert.
1 cup peanuts 1 cup
1 cup milk 1 cup
3 1/2 cup Sugar
80 g Butter
Take maximum milk fat for a dessert. In bowl pour the milk and add 3 cups of sugar. Stirring constantly, boil the milk on a small fire for 30 minutes.
Fry the peanuts until golden brown.
Fry 1/2 cup sugar to the dry pan. Add milk- sugar syrup at cooked caramel.
Cook until tender. On average, the sherbet will be ready in an hour. Add butter.
Lay a baking paper bottom of the form and fill peanuts. Next fill future sherbet and refrigerate until cold, then freeze in an ice cream machine. When sherbet is completely frozen, it can be served with tea.
