1 tsp dry cinnamon powder
1 tsp grated on a fine grater ginger root
1 pinch of red hot pepper
Preparation: Stir thoroughly yogurt with spices.

Eat the yogurt with cinnamon and ginger for 15-20 minutes before eating. Since all the spices have the ability to significantly blunt the appetite.
