Ingredients:

500 g of beef
300 g of potatoes
200 grams of eggplant
200 g tomatoes
200 grams of red pepper
150 g of carrots
100 g of onions
salt
pepper

Cut the onion, eggplant, potatoes and  tomatoes into cubes.
