Cooking tips for chicken soup with noodles
It’s tasty, healthy and hearty soup.
To the broth was particularly fragrant and beautiful, while cooking it is necessary to put an onion and coarsely chopped roots – carrots, parsley, celery – which can then be removed.
And in order to obtain a clear broth to cook it on the low heat and only without cover. For a better taste to salt the soup should be no earlier than half an hour until cooked meals.
It is especially important not to overdo it with noodles.

Soup with noodles is the best recipe! The dish is well suited for: lunch.
Ingredients for soup:
Chicken fillet 350 g
Onion 1 pc.
Carrot 1 pieces.
Potatoes 3 pc.
Noodles 4 tbsp
Allspice 5 pcs.
Refined olive oil 2 tbsp.
Bay leaf 1 pc.
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Salt to taste
To prepare the soup, take the chicken fillet, onions, carrots, noodles, potatoes, olive oil and spices.
Chicken fillet or chicken breast is well washed and cut into pieces.
Put the chicken to the pan and pour cold water. Cook over very low heat after boiling 35-40 minutes, removing the foam.
Cut up onion and carrots. Saute vegetables in oil.
Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into cubes. When the fillets are ready, drop the potatoes into the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes until tender. Add the spices.
Once the potatoes are cooked, add onion and carrots in pan, give to boil, then add the noodles. Simmer for 1-2 mins.
Before serving, sprinkle with herbs.
