Spaghetti and fish

Spaghetti 500 g
Tilapia fillet 500 g
Tomatoes 4 pcs.
6 cloves garlic
Lemon 1 pc.
Ground black pepper 1 tsp.
Salt to taste
Take spaghetti, tilapia fillets, tomatoes, garlic, butter, parsley and lemon.
Wash tomatoes, cut and rub through a sieve to get the mashed potatoes (you can grate or in a blender).
Wash the tilapia fillets or other white fish and cut into strips.
Melt the butter in a pan and fry the garlic cloves in it no more than 1 minute.
Add pureed tomatoes and simmer over low heat for another 10 minutes.
Add fish fillets to pan and season with the juice and lemon zest, salt and pepper.
Simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
Add spaghetti at fillets in tomato sauce.
Serve immediately, sprinkled with a handful of chopped parsley.
