Spicy pumpkin soup
Pumpkin is the largest in size of all the existing vegetable in the world. It has a variety of forms and colors.
We are interested in the pumpkin as a product for cooking the sauce. Very sweet fruit pulp allows you to cook a variety dishes: soups, jams, pies, salads and sauces. You can cook pumpkin dishes almost all year round.

300 g pumpkin,
300 g zucchini
Garlic to taste
3/4 cup cream (20 %);
2 cups chicken broth or water
Salt, pepper, curry, ginger (powder), nutmeg
Cut the vegetables into large pieces.
Fry the onions and carrots. Then add the pumpkin and zucchini. When the vegetables are soft add the garlic.
Add the broth or water and simmer until cooked vegetables.
Heat the cream and add the cheese.
When the vegetables are cooked you can transfer the mixture to a food processor or a blender.
Puree until smooth, and then add cream and cheese. Blend until incorporated. You can use a hand-held blender/soup mixer as well.
Add salt, pepper and spices to taste.
