Thai rice noodles with prawns
This dish with an unusual ingredient combination will win any gourmet! Rice noodles with prawns in a sauce based on coconut milk, with hot pepper and garlic is a traditional Thai cuisine. For us, such exotica seems something new, but it’s worth a try this dish – you will not stay indifferent!

Frozen peeled prawns 150 g
180 g rice noodles
Butter 75 g
1 garlic clove
Chili pepper 0.3 pc.
Coconut milk 200ml
Black sesame seeds 5 g
Salt to taste
To prepare the rice noodles with prawns we need coconut milk, rice noodles, frozen peeled prawns, butter, garlic, chili pepper, salt, black sesame seeds.
Defrost the prawns. Then fry them in butter for about 5 minutes.
Grind the garlic and chili pepper, add them to the pan to the prawns, add the salt to taste. Lightly fry on low heat for about 2 minutes.
Pour the coconut milk.
Mix the sauce and, stirring occasionally boiled over medium heat, uncovered, 3 minutes and 5 minutes on low heat.
While languishing sauce, pour the boiling water over the rice noodles. Fill it for 3 minutes with cold water, pour out the water and fill with boiling water for 5 more minutes. Drain the water again.
Pour the rice noodles in the pan with the sauce.
Keep the pan on medium heat and stir constantly. After 5 minutes, noodles ready! Serve hot, sprinkled with black sesame seeds.
