How to Make Tissue Paper Flowers
Napkins decorated with large asters. We make them out of paper!
You can make a colorful bouquet to give as a gift or just decorate the table. Experiment with different colors to make your own unique flowers and bouquets.
Materials and tools:
Cut the tissue paper into squares. The size depends on the flower size. Fold the square twice – in half and half again. Fold the sheets of paper back and forth like an accordion: bend to one side of the strip width of about a 1/2 inch, flip, bend again – and so to the end.
To the flower is similar to aster, cut the ends of the accordion with scissors at an angle of 45 degrees. Take a fishing line and wrap it loosely around the folded paper.
Careful not to damage the tissue paper, open up flower, in turn each of the four layers and the flower will start to take shape. Attach the satin ribbon at the flower and the card with the name of her guest. Tie a ribbon on a napkin.
