Tomato Basil Pasta
This dish is considered a masterpiece of Italian cuisine.
Preparation time: 25 minutes.
The recipe is well suited for: lunch.
300 g pasta,
2 cloves crushed garlic,
10 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
50 g butter,
2 cups diced tomatoes,
10 leave fresh basil, torn
4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and place 2 cloves crushed garlic in oil. When the garlic is lightly fried, add the tomatoes, reduce the heat and let the tomatoes stew 15 minutes.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Next, add a few tablespoons of tomato gravy in the pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped basil. Serve immediately.
