Tuna with apple sauce
Preparation time: 40 minutes.
The recipe is well suited for: dinner.
600 g tuna
2 stalks of leeks
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons sour cream
Salt and pepper
Cut fish cut into pieces, salt and pepper.
Cut the white part of the leek stems, peel apples and remove seeds. Cut apples.
Put onions and apples in greased saucepan onions and apples and put the tuna on top.
Pour dry white wine and a few tablespoons of water. Bring to a boil on the stove, and then put in the oven.
Simmer 20 minutes. Then fish out onto a plate.
