veal 300 g
Sweet pepper 200 g
Tomatoes 250 g
Italian herbs 2 g
Salt to taste
Fresh dill 10 g
Prepare the necessary products: a veal, tomatoes, peppers and spices.
Cut into veal lengthwise strips. Wash peppers and tomatoes, remove seeds from peppers. Cut the pepper into cubes, tomatoes – sliced.
Fry the meat quickly in oil on a well heated skillet over high heat. Fry the meat, stirring frequently, about 5-6 minutes. Put the vegetables and fry together for 3 minutes. Add salt and Italian herbs mix.
Cover and gently boil for some time at the minimum heat for about 10 minutes. Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped fresh dill.
