Ingredients:

10-12 oz veal

Vegetable oil for frying

Package frozen mixture of vegetables (to your taste)

3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce

Rice for garnish

 

Preparation:

Cut meat into small pieces, pour soy sauce and mix thoroughly.

Fry meat over medium heat until soft, add the frozen vegetables and simmer over medium heat until cooked!

Serve with pre-cooked rice, not forgetting to decorate fragrant herbs.
