Ingredients for soup:
Chicken broth 750 ml
Potatoes 2 pcs.
Zucchini 1 pc.
Carrot 1 pieces.
Tomatoes 1 pc.
Onion 1 pc.
Refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp.

Salt 1 tsp.
To prepare the soup, you will need: chicken broth, medium-sized vegetables – zucchini, potatoes, carrots, onions, tomatoes, salt, vegetable oil and fresh herbs for decoration.
Cut up potatoes and zucchini into cubes.
Clean the skin of the tomato.
Prepare a bowl of ice water and set it aside. Place a pot of water on the stove and bring it to a boil. Then, drop the tomato into the boiling water.
